Chromium Masks

Chromium masks offer a very high resolution, excellent edge sharpness of the structures and high resistivity even when used extensively. The variation of possible substrates and various possible coatings make them useful in countless optical and technical applications.
With its precise positioning and accuracy of the structures, chromium masks are excellent for use as calibration masks and copying templates.
