For the calibration of microscopes and camera systems, as well as for testing their resolution capacity, we offer a wide range of calibration and resolution test plates, including USAF1951, the ISO12233 and the Siemens-star. Of course, calibration plates can also be manufactured according to your specifications and will be delivered with a metrology report.

On request, the calibration plates can be supplied in an individual sturdy storage case to protect them from damage.
